Track and Field News 17th August 2026
Sunday saw the second of the Oxfordshire Junior League meetings at Banbury.
The U14-U20 team put in another solid performance on another Hot day, to follow our first match overall win at Oxford , with another on fire performance as a Team, with this time both the Girls and Boys teams winning their respective groups, meaning we came away with a 10 match point overall lead, over Banbury
The Quad Kids Girls and Boys team also put in a great improved performance on the last match coming 2nd overall on the day to Team Kennett.
Well done to all the athletes many of who this was their first Team match for the Club

Again, a big well done to our team managers Cate Styler and Stephaine Bewick on the day juggling all the team changes and of course a BIG BIG thank you to all our hard-working officials on the day, who were on the go from 10am to 5.30pm on a hot day, without whom the match could not take place
We are all looking forward to the last match at TP, so if you want to see lots of yellow and green vests, winning, please come along and cheer on 6th September starts at 10am.
