British National Indoor Championships Birmingham - 14/02/26 - 15/02/26
It was great to see the BBC live coverage of Tiffany Cox in her Abingdon AC vest on the start line of the 60m on Saturday and in the 200m on Sunday.

Tiffany continues to get back up to speed, after breaking her foot in a freak accident during training for this competition 12 months ago.
In the 60m she beat her time from last week’s finals of the Welsh National Indoor championships with a time of 7.87 s
The 200m on the Sunday was the first time she has been invited to compete at this level over the distance and she was drawn in the toughest of the 3 heats but finished in a creditable time of 26.14s.
England Southern Regional Winter Long Throws Championships - 15/02/26
Dominic Smith tried to compete in the U17 javelin event but after 4 throws the competition was abandoned due to very heavy wind and rain when in 5th position with a throw of 48.69m.
